Explanation of your Suggestion:
Lots of people hate it when it rains which I can understand but if we incorporate this maybe this will help people appreciate the rain more what I am suggesting is object that can be found in every town on the map this object when it rains collects the rain water and distributes it out a fixture like how a sink would work on island except that the rain water fills it I hate having to buy a sink to fill up my bottles only to have to buy a sink again because of the server reset I do think this would be beneficial to the island!
Why are you suggesting this?
